I forgot my login, what should I do?
If you forget your login PIN on Punch, reset it from the 'Enter PIN' screen by tapping 'Reset PIN.' Set a new PIN and verify with an OTP to your phone. Then, log in with biometrics. **
- Punch automatically remembers your PIN to prevent login issues.
- If you forget your 4-digit PIN, you can reset it from the ‘Enter PIN’ screen by tapping on "Reset PIN."
- You'll be asked to set a new PIN and verify it using an OTP sent to your registered phone number.
- The new PIN you set should not match any of the last five PINs you've used.
- After verification, log in again with your biometrics to complete the secure reset process.
